Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary Ground shipping to the contiguous US for orders over $200.
Orders are shipped complete. A signature is required for orders over $500.
We are unable to control delays within the shipping process.
Qualified items are available for expedited shipping with cost calculated based on the applicable rate for the service chosen. Items with special lead times or “back ordered” will be expedited once available.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Internationally
We currently ship worldwide. Orders with designations outside the contiguous US will automatically be charged the applicable international rate based on the service chosen.
Please contact us for special arrangements or delivery to countries not listed. You are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, and duties associated with your shipment.
We work to ship items quickly and efficiently. You will be notified of any special circumstances in filling your order. If you have special delivery instructions, please write them in the space provided and we will work to accommodate your requests.
If you are unsure of your choice, we encourage you to order swatches prior to purchase.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To return a qualifying item, please use the enclosed return label. Refunds will be processed once merchandised is received and approved for return. Refunds will be minus shipping costs.
