When will I receive my order?

Most items arrive within 7-10 business days.

We will indicate items with special lead times and communicate any delays.

How do you ship your products?

As each order is unique, we default to the quickest and most efficient method of shipping- typically via USPS or UPS.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will provide specific tracking information.

I just placed my order and I need to change or cancel it.

Can I purchase a gift card?

A splendid idea! Virtual gift cards are available in $50, $100, $250, $500, $750, and $1,000 increments. They are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them.

Do I need a customer profile to make a purchase?

You may check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating a profile so you can reference previous purchases in the future.

I’m new to “fancy” bedding, where do I start?

Our collections are of the same quality as notable “luxury” brands but offered at direct-from-Italy pricing. For many, this is their first opportunity to experience this level of quality and experience at an accessible value.

Really, what is thread count all about?

There are several aspects that contribute to the quality of a fabric- and thread count is just one of them. Referring to the number of threads in a square inch, many of our collections are woven of fine threads and have intrinsically high thread counts. 

The quality of the fiber, weaving techniques, and fabric finishing help to create lighter, softer, and more enduring bedding. That’s why even our lower thread count collections are on another level.

What is the difference between percale and sateen?

The difference is the weave. 

A percale’s threads are arranged in a simple “over-under” pattern like a tennis racket. The result is a matte texture with a cool, crisp feel often associated with fine hotel bedding. 

Not to be confused with “satin”, sateen weaves have more “over” threads which gives it a silky, warm, feel and slightly lustrous sheen.

Can I get a sample swatch before ordering?

Of course! We are happy to provide a sample before you make a purchase.

I’m new to linen bedding. What can I expect?

Linen’s natural variations in texture, weave, and color are not only normal, but also desirable. While initially a bit coarse, it becomes softer and cozier with wash and wear. Linen enthusiasts will tell you it’s worth the time! It’s normal for linen to produce lint in the dryer for the first few washes.

For a relaxed style, embrace the wrinkles as we do, or press for a more tailored look.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping to the contiguous US.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days pending stock availability. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. We will inform you if an item becomes unavailable during your ordering process and provide an estimated time of arrival.

A signature is required for orders over $2000 USD. If you need a signature on order below the value of $2000 or if you have special delivery instructions, please email us as soon as you place your order at ciao@letto.com

Expedited Shipping: Qualified items are available for expedited shipping with cost calculated based on the applicable rate for the service chosen. Items with special lead times or “back ordered” will be expedited once available. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska: Orders with destinations outside the contiguous US will automatically be charged the applicable rate based on the service chosen.

Returns

If you are unsure which of our fabulous bedding fabrics to choose, we encourage you to order swatches prior to purchase.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To return a qualifying item, please request a return authorization by emailing us at ciao@letto.com within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Refunds will be processed once merchandise is received and approved for return. If approved, refunds will be processed less any applicable shipping costs.
