Sea Island Percale is the pinnacle of cotton—cultivated in the tropical islands of the West Indies, where salt-laden winds, deep sun, and humid air force the plant’s fibers to yield extraordinary length and strength. Selections are sourced from these micro-climates, harvested by hand in ultra-small lots, and then transported to Italy, where it is spun, woven, finished, and sewn in the Tuscan region just like much of the LETTO family.

At 515 threads per inch, the percale weave of Sea Island is woven from thinner, longer yarns than almost any other cotton. The result is a sheet that feels feather-light, crisp and cool, with a nearly imperceptible whisper of structure under your skin. Because the fibers are so fine, the sheet is less dense yet retains the durability and breathability of superior cotton.
