Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsure which LETTO fabric is right for you, we encourage you to order swatches before purchasing.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unlaundered, and in their original packaging.

To begin a return for an eligible item, please email ciao@letto.com within 14 days of purchase to request return authorization.

Please note that custom, monogrammed, washed, and special-order items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed once returned merchandise has been received and approved. Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable shipping charges.
